The Negretti family’s roots have always firmly set in their passion and love for wine.
It was this bond with the world of the Langhe that finally led us to set up our own wine farm as recently as 2002 amidst the gentle hills surrounding the village of La Morra.
As young as this dynamic, enterprising venture may be however, the past has not been forgotten in the traditions handed down from great grandparents, who were wine growers and producers way back at the beginning of the last century.
The company philosophy is based on the constant, persistent pursuit of quality. The ongoing commitment of brothers Massimo (who qualified as a wine technician at ITAES in Alba and as an enologist at Turin University’s Faculty of Agriculture) and Ezio (who also qualified as a wine technician at ITAES in Alba and then graduated from Turin University’s School of Business Administration) is to dedicating all their attention in person to both the vineyards - worked in keeping with traditions and the territory - and the product that results from the various steps involved on its way to our glasses. The winery’s facilities were built very recently, but the materials used - wooden beams, red bricks and old roof tiles - are reminders of the simplicity of the past.
