Description	Schwanburg's figurehead wine is Cabernet, in particular the Castel. This grows in a wonderful location on the mountain slope in the immediate vicinity of the castle. The shot of Merlot in the 1996 is noticeable in that it makes it softer and more accessible. The Cabernet Riserva is always very reliable and is good value for money.
